Yooka-Laylee developer Playtonic is shedding over a dozen workers

Playtonic, the creators of Yooka-Laylee, is shedding just a few of its workers, the developer and creator announced on social media. The post doesn’t mention how many members of Playtonic will be effected, nonetheless does credit the layoffs to the corporate’s struggle with “a period of profound change in how games are created and funded.”
